Four years absent from the Appalachian Trail in Pennsylvania came to an end today. Not only was I able to reminisce on the same section of trail I've logged thousands of miles, but had the opportunity to do it with an old college teammate. There are plenty of trails in the Triangle, but none seem to compare to the AT!

I hope that everyone is enjoying this special day with family and friends. The Bull City Coaching site is moving forward and my goal is to have more substantial content by January 1!

Merry Christmas Eve to all. Still muddling through the creation of Bull City Coaching's first webpage. Please check back often as updates are happening quickly and frequently. Enjoying a day off of running today since 3 hours of basketball did a number on my legs last night!
