Who we are

We're Kevin and Kristi Boyd, a married couple passionate about helping couples on their journey together.

Kristi is a global speaker on technology ethics who works with companies around the world. Her work is about navigating change, communicating clearly and bridging cultures, which is most of what a good marriage asks of you too. Kevin is a therapist by training with 15 years of experience helping people through life's big transitions, and brings a calm, practical, no-judgment presence to every session.

We've lived the hard parts ourselves: a pandemic wedding rescheduled four times, a cross-country move sight unseen, grad school, unemployment, starting a company, miscarriage, job changes and a cross-cultural marriage. Prepare/Enrich helped us through it. Now we use the same tools to help couples start their marriage aligned instead of “just believing it works out”.

Because there are two of you, there are two of us in every session. That way both partners feel heard, and you get both a husband's and a wife's perspective on the real questions.

What we offer is coaching, not couples therapy: practical, forward-looking skill-building for the marriage ahead.
